2018 Clubhouse: Toronto Blue Jays

141. Josh Donaldson

142. Curtis Granderson

143. Kevin Pillar

144. Justin Smoak

145. Marcus Stroman

With Donaldson and Bautista and Encarnación gone, the Jays roster looks pretty odd these days. I suppose Russell Martin still has some cachet. And Kendrys Morales, Randal Grichuk and Teoscar Hernández all deserve consideration for next year's set.

Donaldson was the no-brainer auto here. Justin Smoak is the other dude, which is kinda nice since he doesn't seem to sign much these days.

Here's Smoak's purple parallel, mixing the Jays blue and red.

2017 PENNANT BOX BREAK - PACK 9

278. Carlos González

27. Zach Britton

147. Adam Jones

145. Kyle Schwarber

116. Jason Grilli

138. Seung-hwan Oh

204. Kevin Pillar

15. Aaron Sanchez

51. Dee Gordon

TB5. Jose Quintana - Throwbacks

This is the AL East pack apparently. I really like the Carlos González photo. It fills the frame perfectly, keeping all his limbs unsevered and even getting the ball in frame. The only thing that could make it better is if the Wrigley ivy behind him wasn’t all brown.

2014 Spirit Base: 676-690

#676 - Jimmy Nelson, #677 - Casey Fien, #678 - Kirk Nieuwenhuis
I'm glad I'm not a Mets fan. Typing Nieuwenhuis frequently would be a chore.

#679 - Chris Capuano, #680 - Adam Dunn, #681 - Cesar Hernandez
Even though I'm glad the Royals beat the A's and have made it to the World Series now, I still feel kinda bad for Adam Dunn. I guess it's Bob Melvin's fault for not even pinch-hitting him in the Wild Card Game.

#682 - Tony Sanchez, #683 - John Lackey, #684 - Yangervis Solarte
I figured I'd give Lackey a more flattering photo for his Series 3 card.

#685 - Andrew Susac, #686 - Stefen Romero, #687 - Erik Bedard
The lighting on the Bedard pic is sweet. It'd be perfect for some GQ/A&G-ization.

#688 - Robinson Chirinos, #689 - Kevin Pillar, #690 - Nate McLouth
I'll try not to overdo the diving in the outfield grass shot but this one was too cool not to use. This one has a shadow and carpet! Plus, Pillar didn't exactly have a ton of other shots to choose.
